Goals of the Doctoral Workshop: The PhD Workshop "Social Entrepreneurship, Social Business and Management of Nonprofit Organizations” will provide a forum for PhD candidates to present their dissertation projects and receive constructive feedback from experienced senior researchers in the field as well as from peers. Furthermore, we intend to foster an active exchange between scholars in the area of management of nonprofit organizations and Social Entrepreneurship & Social Business researchers.
There will be keynote speeches by experienced researchers in the field on topics such as "Qualitative Research”, "Collecting financial data”, and "Theorizing” on Social Entrepreneurship, Social Business and Management of Nonprofit Organizations. We invite applications from PhD candidates in the fields of business administration and related areas such as Public Administration, Sociology, and Political Science, preferably in their medium (or late) stage of dissertation.
