Conference Registration

Registration Fees
Registration fees cover all materials, a CD-ROM of conference abstracts, three lunches, two evening receptions–one at The Princesa Sofia Hotel and one at the Edific Històric de la Universitat de Barcelona in Paraninf Hall–and the conference working papers volume (to be published on-line).                                                              

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 16, 2008.
 
Some limited on-site registration may be available at US$800 for members and US$1,000 for non-members.  On-site registration cannot be guaranteed.

Limited scholarships and registration subsidies are available. Information regarding the application process is available.

Companion Registration
For conference delegates travelling to Barcelona with a spouse, relative, friend or other accompanying person, ISTR is offering a US $200 “Companion Registration.”  The Companion Registration allows for attendance at all conference sessions, and includes lunches and admission to the conference receptions in the evenings.

Registration Procedures
All registration requests must be made on either the Printable Registration Form or the secure Online Registration Form. One form per participant. Institutional membership allows for two (2) registrations at the member rate.

Registration forms must be accompanied by payment of registration fees. Registration forms will not be considered unless accompanied by payment.

THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JUNE 16, 2008.

At least one author per submission must register for the conference by April 18, 2008, to have their presentation scheduled in the conference program.

Terms of Payment
Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express
Check or money order in US dollars and drawn on a US bank. Payable to “ISTR Conference.”

Confirmation
Confirmation of your conference registration will be sent by e-mail or fax within 10 days of receipt.

Cancellation
Written notification of cancellation should be sent by letter or fax to the ISTR Secretariat. A $75.00 administrative fee will be charged for cancellations before June 2, 2008. There will be no refunds after June 2, 2008.
